Hey guys I'm looking for a bit of advice on my diet,

I'm a 26yo fella and two months ago I started to get a bit more serious about my diet and overall fitness.

I am 5`11" and at the start I weighed 78kg. I cut all junk food, sugary drinks etc out of my diet and started interval running and I'm currently jogging 5k four times a week.
My weight is currently 72kg. I'm just starting to do body weigh exercises as I don't live near a gym I actually was surprised how little strength I had as I would consider my self fairly active due to my work.

My diet at the moment is roughly what follows it does vary slightly. I'm not fully up to speed on the calories in food / requirements yet but I'm learning :)

Breakfast - 2 wheatabix with low fat milk and a slice of brown toast..may change this to porridge.

Mid morning snack - small box of raisins/banana and cup of tea with low fat milk.

Lunch - fillet of chicken with / 150g tuna with either brown rice or pasta, corn and peas and onions.

evening meal - an omlette with (2 eggs, ham 10g cheese, onions mustard, veg including tomatoes, onions) and some fruit and a cup of tea.

And if hungry during the day or at night for a quick snack a toasted brown bread sandwich with cheese and ham.

And plenty of water through out the day

These vary a bit but it's the rough breakdown.

    Any advice appreciated!
    Thanks
