fat burning challenge

    hi have been on a diet for the past 7 weeks i go to a woman about 3 times a weeks to go on the vibroplate and to get weighed...altogether she has about 15 people who go to her on wedsday we are starting a fat burning challenge to see who can lose the most body fat.

    i know the trick to this is to eat a high protein diet and build loads of muscle but has anyone any advice to build muscle i dont live near a gym and am already walking about 4/5 times a week...also any other ideas how to incorporate more protein into my diet kind of getting sick of tuna and chicken and the like

    would appreciate any info thanks
