How to change typing key to page scroll key?

Evenning. I would love to change my j key to page scroll/page down key when browsing. How can this be done? It currently does this automatically on the below link, it lets you scroll down and then goes to the next page. http://icanhascheezburger.com/page/2/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're using Firefox, grab Vimperator, it gives you all the good old VIM key bindings, and a lot more.
