Travelling from Dublin to Cork

Hey all. (Sorry Mods, if this isn't appropriate for this forum, feel free to move it.:))

I have a bunch of friends staying for the weekend (in Dublin) who need to go to Cork on Sunday. Been checking the trains and it seems to be pretty expensive and Bus Eireann seems to take an age to get down there.

Are there any express services that would get them down for about one o'clock on Sunday that doesn't require them to get up at a god-awful hour. Any help would be much appreciated. :)
