    Hey all,

    So i went for a spin today, 90km and did it 3hrs 5minutes...

    But as a lay in bed my legs are a little sore, the kinda sore I tend to get the morning after a cycle...but the thing is, I haven't had this since before xmas and I've never had it the night of the cycle, its was always the next morning?

    Can anyone suggest things I can do to prevent this, or what may be causing it...
