    This fella:

Daniel McLoughlin, Joe McDonnell Drive, had pleaded in January last to intentionally or recklessly causing harm to Martin Love on May 28th, 2009, contrary to Section 4 of the non-fatal Offences Against The Persons Act, 1997.

A 29-YEAR-OLD Sligo man has been charged with the manslaughter of Cyril Moran in Cartron, in August of last year.

Daniel McLoughlin, 1 Joe McDonnell Drive, Cranmore, was brought before the Summer Vacation sitting of the District Court in Carrick-on-Shannon on Wednesday morning last where he was charged with the unlawful killing of Mr. Moran at 173 River Road, Cartron on August 8th 2010.

Media stories rarely have all the facts, and as to whether has he been convicted, as he may be innocent i can not say. I am not familiar with the case but they don;t mention x-rays.

Where have you discovered x-ray's...i can assure you the Irish Goverment do not have such a technology. What they usually do is simply decide for themselves what your thinking. In criminal law they have to decide if an accused has the mens rea or the mental elements of a crime.

As for X-Rays... Point me to a peer reviewed paper in a reputable publication that confirms what you're saying. Otherwise, I'd suggest Conspiracy Theories may be more relevant.
