Black sealant 'oozing' out of joint

    Hi. The same motorhome I'm considering has, in one or 2 places, a small amount of black sealant oozing out from under seams - at one of the windows, and at the rear corner are the places I can remember. It's slightly sticky to the touch. The seller says this is standard for the factory installed sealant after it gets any sort of heat - and I think I have seen this in a few campers. Just double checking it isn't something to be concerned about?
