    it happens to everyone :)
just keep at it!! think of all the work you put in so far!!!
which you have put in ALOT of time from what you said so why ruin it??
dont give up on what your doing just think of the end result :)
you could try a little maybe herbal boost like chilli burn tablets are very good and natural, just make sure they dont interact with medication if your on something! hows your digestion? sometimes if its poor it can effect number on your weighing scales!!!
adding thermogenics into diet is good idea green tea and chilli.
Hope this helps! and let me know how you get on :D

it happens to everyone!!! the more you lose the slower it is to come off!!
so dont beat yourself up over it :)
the amount of calories you burn in a day will be less the more you lose!
but some weeks people dont lose weight but still losing fat everyone has those!!
just push through till you get past the wall :)

Chili tablets, green tea will have little and negligible effect on your weight and will leave your wallett lighter.

Tot up your calories in an online application if you have a smart hpone or if not use caloriecount.about.com/ fitday.com and see what you are consuming. Go to the stickied threads here and theres a formula to work out how many cals you need.

To me it looks like you are eating NOTHING! You need a lifelong sustainable eating plan.

This is more about weight loss -its about your health. The weight will come off so be patient. Why would you be silly to stop now at the expense of your health!!

I agree with everything you've said but I think this sentence is most important. I have lost about 7 pounds (in a year) but most people seem to think I lost 1.5stone-2stone but the most difference has been my health, it's had a huge improvement. Why give up when one set of numbers isn't doing what you want it to.

When you say you got tests back, what do you mean. What tests where they? To be honest if it's just a normal blood test I don't think it'll tell you that much but I'm no expert.

Have you worked out how much you eat, from the looks of it it's very little. I mean a pitta bread for dinner that's nothing!

Of course she hasn't. As long as theres people out there reccomending magic beans people will still think that they don't need to count calories.

Yes they were normal blood tests. I have been counting calories with an app and seem to be under all the time. On sat I have a treat day where I may eat a curly whirly! I won't be taking any magic beans that for sure...
I was thinking of gettin a session with a personal trainer but afraid it d be a waste of money. My sun works as fitness instructor and has seen what I eat and knows I exercise lots and has just told me to drink more water :(
I ve heard interval training is good but I don't think I can push myself any more...,,also have heard to eat tuna veg and fruit for one week then eat normally after it with exercise and it d be like a detox thing !!!

i'll probably get yelled at for telling you this but have you tried intermittent fasting? i do it 3 days a week - i dont eat anything until 2pm. i have to resit the urge stuff my face when i do eat.
the only reason i do it is because i hit a serious plateau. i've lost 35 pounds since july. i'm 8 stone now and it is incredibly hard to lose weight now.
interval training is absolutely brilliant for fat burning esp belly fat.
i eat a high protein, high fibre diet, with absolutely no sugar, no processed foods and NO alcohol. i'd rather eat my calories than drink them.
my diet is very restrictive, but i've struggled with weight my whole life and i got to the point where i didn't care about giving up crappy food and living in the gym. its worth it being a size 6/8.

Well done.....so when u say not to eat til two what time do u normally stop eating? And also is having a big breakfast really kinda the big meal of day so u won't really eat at night?
Interval training....is this pretty much push really hard for like three mins then rest for min then go again?
I really need to even get one pound under this weight stoppage and I know it will keep going down but like u back then I am literally stuck!!! Nothin is working and I can promise everything I have written is true about my diet and exercise there is no exaggeration with what I'm doing :( I really don't think my age has anything to do with it I think my family see how hard I'm working and are just trying to make me feel better, I feel like I ve lost some inches but nothing showing on scales, nothin major in inches two years ago I only had to say the word exercise and I'd be toned and trim!!!

i stop eating at 9. then at 2, i might have a bowl of porridge (with water) and pumpkin seeds or an egg white omelette with spinach.
yeah thats interval training. what i do is jog for 2mins, sprint for 2mins, jog at high incline for 2mins back to regular jogging. i do this for 45mins.

yeah i wouldn't pay a massive amount of attention to the number of your weight.. body fat is whats important to me now. i have a weight watchers scale. it tells me weight (in pounds) body fat percentage, bmi, bone density.
so you might not be losing pounds but gaining muscle, which means you will be getting smaller. which means u can eat more!! muscle uses more energy than fat so aim to gain muscle.

also since july i have taken photos of my progess (it sounds silly but it makes me feel great to look back on where i was to where i am now) i also take measurements of my waist, hips, thighs and arms every 2 weeks.

keep going, you can do it, if i can - anyone can. keep your mind frame positive, dont beat yourself up you're going above and beyond what you can do.

also eating at night isn't too bad, once u keep within your calorie allowance for the day. check your resting metabolic rate to find out how much u should be taking in, dont go above it.

Post up typical days diet with how much of what you eat and your protein/fat/carb in grams(should say on app).
A curly whirly bar on one day I can't think of any reason to add that to your diet.

Post up a typical days diet for the weekend too if it differs alot.

Casselliot : I have a w w scale too and think their almost too accurate!!lol. As for the interval training I will try your way over the next week or two to see if makes a difference..,,,I have done same as u and taken pics of my progression and from sep to dec I saw a big difference from jan to now very slight.
My typical diet and it wouldn't change much throughout ye week - brown scone with jam breakfast with a banana, lunch a bowl of homemade soup with water or a bowl of lettuce with tomatoes, dinner usually would be small grilled chicken breast with salad in the side beet root lettuce etc OR small brown pitta with mince, peppers and lettuce beetroot on side-have that by 6pm, then if peck ish by eight I have a bowl of fruit, kiwi,apple,orange,pear- three cups of tea a day with half spoon sugar-weekends I eat the same but sat I allow myself a curly whirly or a small mars bar. Don't drink much water

you should try drink more water... i cant tell you how important it is.. i put an effervescent vitamin c tablet in mine cos water is so boring.

another thing - i was like you working out like a maniac 6 times a week. then i pulled a muscle and had to stop for a week. i dropped 2 pounds in that week. before that nothing had moved in 3/4 weeks. i think my body was wrecked and clinging on to fat for dear life. if you've hit a plateau, its for a reason. change up the exercise or take a short break.

i dont eat scones.. porridge is my absolute best friend. also i eat something small every 3 hours to keep the metabolism going (also because i have acid reflux and if i skip food i get pains like a pregnant lady).
so i'll eat porridge, 3 hours later an apple or kiwi. 3 hours later i might have fruit mixed with seeds and all bran with a low fat yoghurt. dinner is fish and some steamed vegetables. i also take omega 3 vitamins, they protect muscle so help with weight loss (apparently).

yeah i have a treat on friday nights and a somewhat bigger dinner on saturdays.

you'll get there in the end :)

If you have been counting calories and you're under then you need to eat more! I think the exercise is great, well done but you need to fuel and repair your body properly and it needs calories to do so! undereating is not going to make you fit and healthy. post your diet and see where improvements can be made.

Your going to have to reformat that for me,

Laying it out like this would be far better

    Breakfast

    (Snack? if eating snacks)

    Lunch
    -?
    -?

    (snack?)

    Dinner
    -?
    -?
    -?
    (late night munchies)

Inclued any drinks you have and measurements bowl of soup is very vague and is it just veg in there etc.
Have you worked out how much protein/fat/carbs you get, what are they?
    Have you read they stickies?
