Training after calf muscle injury query

Firstly I'd like to say I'm not looking for medical advice, but if it comes off that way please change or delete mods.
I tore my calf muscle (grade two ) about 6 months ago, and have since completed the physio etc that went along with that. I've started back on the C25K recently and have been stretching etc, and while the calf itself isn't painful, there is a 'dent' for lack of a better word in the muscle on the side that I'm assuming the tear was on.
Is this something I should be worried about in anyones experience or can I continue as I am? Again it doesn't feel painful and it's not impacting my training.
    Thanks!

foam rolling and soft tissue work, along with good stretching will help the calves a lot.

If the dent's where the tear was, that just may be the way you're stuck. Talk to you physio to find out for sure.

But as mentioned, soft tissue work and stretching is almost always a good idea.
