    Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong!two years ago I was training for duathlon and weighed 9'7, I'm 5f6 f 28. I've been out of training yr and half and have gone up to 11.
    Recently said enough is enough as I have always been fit,and the last yr and half I ve been a bit down in the dumps.........guys it's paining me to say I ve been running, cycling and working my ass off five days a week to the stage where almost crawling in my door some days-since jan.I'm eating healthily no choc or sweets- big healthy breakfast mainly fruit and brown scone, salad for lunch and grilled chicken breast with sweet corn for dinner!! No food after 630 and I'm not joking I cannot get under the 10'13 mark! Sept to dec with running alone and not a great diet I lost 10lbs!! But I'm stuck at 11atone since jan.....it's destroying my motivation!! I weighed myself sat after having a super week and had lost half pound-I was in bits cuz I had been out on the bike almost every day and every other day I was swimming!
    My dad is a fitness fanatic and he can't understand it either....I've had blood tests all came back fine! Dad reckons I could be retaining fluid but not sure how to resolve this!!
    This really is driving me mad and to be honest it's awful as I need my body back to feel like I can compete again! I can feel every extra pound when I run and cycle and it's awful!!

    Hi there I totally feel your pain! I just posted something very similar in my own thread!
    I am in the same boat! I am up on eleven stone now and I need some divine inspiration how to shift a stone and a half! I was always ten stone and somehow the last year Iv gained a stone... I train pretty much every day but I just dont know why I can't shift the weight... It's so depressing... what kind of training are you doing? I would love to go for the marathon training this year and attempt a triathlon the weight would have to start falling off then?

    Oh its so frustrating isnt it!! I run maybe 5 or 6 km twice a week, go gym twice....treadmill,stair master kettle bell class.....and also swimming to loosen out!!!Its crazy as im eating really well!!! two yrs ago i wouldnt have this problem!!i actually took all last week off in case i was over training and i havent put up or lost weight its at a total stand still!!!ahhhh
