hi there, i play sport a lot but cant seem to get fit! and i need to get fit badly! does any one know of any good running shoes/trainers that there is out there for a reasonable price?

Asics, they can be a bit expensive but you get endless miles out of them, I wouldn't go to the gym wearin any other shoes
