MCL Problem

    Hurt my leg in a tackle last season (October) in soccer, the injury was around the MCL were i twisted my leg on the ground(foot got stuck in the grass), i was able to limp i rested this injury on gp recommendation.

    I thought I recovered well until I started back training now for the new season, im getting pain in the MCL area of knee again, it not sharp or unbearable, so i think i need to build muscle or strength in the area, can anyone recommend work out for this ?
