Heavy or light weights for weight loss.

    As the title suggests whats better for weight loss?
    Heavier weights short reps short sets?
    Or Lighter weights big reps and big sets?

    Also nutritional Q, everyone says beans are good for protein, would heinz spaghetti be the same?

    Beans (and other legumes) aren't a great source for protein. They have some protein but it's not all that high and its an incomplete protein.

    Tinned spagetti is nothing like beans, its made from flour and tomato sauce. Less than 2g protein per 100g
