House survey - recommend an engineer?

    Hi

    Can anyone recommend a good house surveyor that will do a thorough survey of a residential property in Kildare? Looking to purchase the property and just want to make sure it is structurally sound etc.
    Also how much should I expect to pay for a complete report?

    I know an excellent surveyor who will give you a 10 page report and the cost is €300 inclusive of VAT. Send me a PM and I'll give you his details
