So i eat all my veg raw, i dont really like it, but it fills me up and gets me to where i want to go physique wise, and give the choice between raw and steamed i perfer the crunch of raw, or at most 30 seconds in some coconut oil.

So normally for lunch i add my greens to a regular beaker and use the burco boiler to add boiling water, drain it off and it means they are raw but warn giving the impression of cooked.

If i get bored of this i add a little HP sauce or YR sauce and it makes them tasty enough for a change.

I'm a bit too aware of the sugar/salt content of HP/YR so was looking for a sauce/oil/vinegarette alternative possibly similar in taste to HP/YR

    anyone any ideas?

Miso paste is very nice for flavoring veggies! just dont add too much water to it or else will be like a stock! Miso is kind of salty wholesome flavor and is VERY healthy for you! is used alot in macrobiotic diet.
or else sea spaghetti seaweed is nice too! i normally steam veg with it in it, but you could try wetting it in warm water and adding it too your veggies!
hope this helps! sounds like a rather hard diet! cant imagine only eating raw veg!!! id miss my stir fries :):D
