Sleep Pattern

    I got a call tonight to be told I have a new job that starts Monday but my sleep pattern got a bit messed up when I wasnt working, I was up all night and in bed all day its 6 now and I still cant sleep. Does anyone have any tips on what I should do go to bed now or just stay up until tonight.

    B.t.w. I need to get into a 9-5 pattern.

    Go to bed to get up at 9 or whenever. That's the simplest thing to do.

    Maybe exert more energy than usual the day before you try it, as it should help you sleep.

    Getting up early helps too.
