I've heard alot about york test for testing food intolerances.
Ive never tried it but seen a documentary testing many including that one and showed it not to be efficient despite its scientific claims.
If i was you i would do a food elimination plan which a nutritional therapist can advice you on, or else you can google the plan and follow it.
i've done it before and found what i was intolerant too, you dont need to fork out money to find out if your intolerant just listen to your body, if you get problems with some foods then dont eat them, and find alternatives such as if you can have dairy, have calcium fortified foods so you dont become deficient.
hope this helps! and good luck! :D
