I have emailed http://www.mintfitness.ie/ for details.. they do them in Terenure and other places.. i havent heard anything back yet

A guy i work with swears by TRX... so i thinking of giving it a go

Cheers for that, that would be far handier for me, but classes start at 6pm, I'm work in town til 6pn so wouldn't be able to make a class before 7pm so rules them out ;( thanks anyway!

Mint in terenure classes are at 7pm so may give them a try

I rang westpark & the trx classes are for gym members only.You can't pay as you go.

Does anyone know of bootcamp/trx classes that you can pay as you go on the south side?

I work shifts so can't go on certain days/times.

Guys,
Just wanted to follow up I did a trx class in mint fitness in terenure tonight, found it excellent! Def worth a try!
First class free... I'm paying €120 for 6 weeks two night per week..... I think I'm gonnabe very sore tomorrow!

Tallaght TRX RIP in brookfield centre (they're on facebook and under kickstart fitness). Can pay as you go here with no commitment. Ran by some good people too.
