    hi guys,
i know your gona say just drink more water but i actually do drink lots but in the past few days ive gotten obsessive about snacking, i normally have really good control and i can give things up but im gone a bit mental picking at things... bickies, chocolates, crisps and anything thats lying around. if theres no junk im picking at crackers or bread. pick pick pick!

is there any trick to stop myself, besides self control, i seem to have lost that! lol

i have been walking a lot lately, could it have something to do with that?

If you increased your exercise, then your body will try to get you to increase your calorie intake.

Try eating something high protein when you get the urge to snack. Cottage cheese is good, it's filling and cheap.

Or eating something like celery that's crunchy but not calorie dense.

    And stop buying biscuits etc.

Yes. Should be good. Allow a bit longer for the satiety to hit.
