    Hi all,
I am a 40 yo Female, and over the past 18 months I have lost 5 stone by eating better and exercising more. Over the past 3 months really I have hit a wall weight loss wise and Im at a bit of a loss (ha) as to where to go from here.
I want to lose about another 10lbs, and that is mainly a flabby belly!
I have been told that you cant spot reduce fat and that its cardio all the way?
Here is what Im currently doing

Monday Gym, (cross trainer and weights)
Tue treadmill running, 35 mins intervals
Wed treadmill running, 35 mins intervals
    Thursday Rest
Friday treadmill running, 35 mins at a steady tempo (and sometimes 30 mins x trainer)
    Saturday Rest
Sunday longish run outside usually 6 to 7 miles
plus i do a few sit ups most mornings too

My diet isnt too bad, breakfast every morning is porridge with honey and blueberries
Usually lunch wholewheat pasta with veg and tuna (or something similar)
    Dinner fish or an omlette
during the day I would have a banana, orange, plums, apple, few brazil nuts, dried fruit and try to drink water (plus the required black coffee)
The only day im kind of relaxed diet wise is a sunday and i might have a small fry after my run and a desert
Although my weight has not gone down on the scale really since Christmas, alot of people have commented that I have lost a bit more.
    HELP!!
    Its frustrating

Add more weights. Make two days a week a full body lifting workout. Have a trainer set up a program for you emphasising compound movements using both body weight and free weight exercises. Change things up every few weeks.
