sea salt v table salt.

    which is better for ya?
    or should I avoid them both entirely.I do like a bit of salt,not loads but a bit.maybe a lil too much.I'm wondering is there a lesser of 2 evils or dump them both?

    The bulk of it is the same thing, sodium chloride. Sea salt is made by evaporating seawater, so you get trace minerals and stuff depending on the seawater used. Table salt normally has added iodine, it's the primary source of iodine in most people's diets (salt and processed foods containing it). Sea salt might have reasonable iodine depending on what seawater was used, or it might not have much.

    Iodine's pretty important, so you do need at least some salt. 2g a day is supposed to sort out your iodine needs.
