    Just looking for advice on getting back in shape/getting fit. Basically, I lost my job 4 months ago. I used to live in the city and had a gym close by, which I used now and again, but also because of work generally was alot more active. Since I've moved back home, my weight has not ballooned crazily (maybe up and down 7/8 pounds) but what I've really noticed is that I've put on a gut, which I know is very bad for my health. I eat healthily enough, don't smoke and my alcohol intake has gone down a good bit since before I lost my job. I was just wondering if anyone has any exercise tips, which they have used successfully, for getting rid of my belly and getting back in shape which I can do at home?
