    1 day ban.

Can I ask was it the C word that got the user banned or cause the guys he was calling it is dead. I know I was raging that he went off the printer topic to discuss someone Id never heard of. Don't ban me I'm genuinely asking.

1,400 boxes of copier paper as well

We pay €15 + vat for a box of that stuff. And that's to trade!

Have RTE cut a special deal with The Gaiety and other theatres?

Every second ad. is sending us to some "hilarious", "mind-blowing" or "rip-roaring show" - bet they're all cack!

The ban was for unnecessary, blatant and vulgar abuse, as per the forum charter. Now let's stay on topic please and not continue discussing the ban here. Thanks.

Anyone know how long it takes for the show to go up on the website? Missed the show, and it'd make for a great (if wasteful) afternoon's entertainment to listen back while catching up on the thread.....

I don't do twitter, I'm afraid... if I succumb to that, I'll really and properly never be seen again.... I'll just have to keep refreshing the liveline website (and suffering seeing Joe's all-knowing face gurning out at me again and again)

You don't have to "do" twitter to look at his twitter feed.

I'm afraid to go near the thing for fear I'll get sucked in!

Sorted anyhow, listening back to it now - it's one of the better ones!

Tomorrow's show will probably involve a tribute to Hal Roach, who died today. Expect comedy legends like Noel V. Ginnity, Brendan Grace, Syl Fox and Doc Savage to contribute with their special memories of the comic genius.

In short, avoid like the plague.

    Get a grip.

Syl and pals were on today already.

They wouldn't do another tribute with important new topics to discuss.

will joe be discussing those quirky cultural norms that allow a group of men to run into a confirmation ceremony with slash hooks and beat the **** out of people?
