    Where are the E1700 fees coming from?

    You're probably in a house ? Apartments cover building insurance, refuse, maintenance and all that sort of stuff, the fees for houses are usually just for the common area maintenance.

    I've been to all our AGMs bar the more recent one due to other commitments, out of a hundred or so houses there's usually only around 10/15 people attending.

    Thats the crazy thing people moan and give out when all it takes is an hour out of their lives to get something done about it. Plus when we went there was some coffee and bisquits so it was worth the trip.

    lol how can she complain she didnt go..20 out of 220! get out of that.
