Steroids legal in Ireland?

    According to this http://bodybuilding.elitefitness.com/ireland-bodybuilding-steroids there is no need to fear if you have steroids in pocket. Article is poor but it says there that steroids for personal use are allowed but not for dealing purposes. So there maybe a problem to get them but ones you have them there shouldn't be any problems.... is that right?
