ID Req: McDonalds toy...

Anybody know what the attached toy is from? Comic/series/TV show/etc It has McDonald's 2011 on the bottom, along with (C) CJAR. Mirrored part rotates, has a couple of radioactive symbols on it.

It's from the "Johnny Test" series of toys.

Thanks for that, looks like the "CJAR" stands for Cookie Jar. When I was searching for an answer, I did see links to the Cookie Jar, but didn't follow them, didn't connect the dots. Not sure I would have been able to deduce Johnny Test though, so many thanks. Was left behind by a nephew or niece, I was just curious as to what franchise it was from.
