    Hi,

Any recommendations for a good home based fat burner program?

Looking to lose body fat, tone up and get fit - at home - not in a gym.

    Thanks.

Are you male or female? There's loads of home based DVD's available but you're best to go for something that you'll stick with so, if someone suggests a high-intensity program, you may quit after a few days if that's not what you're interested in doing. The opposite may also be the case if someone suggests a low intensity workout DVD.

Rather than the DVD's though, you're probably better going to a few kettlebell classes to learn kettlebell workouts and then buying a few kettlebells and a skipping rope. These, together with bodyweight excercises (you can youtube them) should get you well on your way.

Also, excercise is only a small part of what's needed for weight-loss...
