Looking for some help/guidance for fat loss / muscle gain

    Hey im 15 years old and need some guidance for quick fat loss.
    I weigh 90 kg and am between 5'10 to 6' foot tall. i have a large build with big shoulders and have played rugby(prop loosehead) for most of my life.( have stopped now because i kept straining muscles in my back).This is where the problem is i have too much fat. i would like to get rid of it all quick and have purchased gym membership and this protein http://reflex-nutrition-ireland.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=27&products_id=172 which has not arrived yet. im just wondering do people have any tips for me . this is my meal plan .
    breakfast :2 poached eggs ,2 slice of wholegrain toast+Protein shake
    go school
    Lunch: Sandwich with 4 slice wholegrain bread with filling .cheese,ham
    School
    (return from school)
    Take protein shake and head to gym for about a hour
    Dinner: stur fry ( contains pure chicken fillet , red/green/yellow pepper with sauce.
    Before bed take protein shake with low fat milk not water.
    Sorry if some of this does not make sense English is my worst subject :/
    AIM: to get slim and muscular by may/june
