Just wondering does anyone know if this can be gotten in Ireland and if not can it legally be shipped here? ive been trying to contact someone in customs but couldnt get through to the right person to ask. I had been using it in Australia and found it very effective. If it cant be gotten here is there anything similar to it?

What supplement are you talking about?
    You didn't give the name.

It's just protein, carbs (probably glucose) and creatine. Certainly nothing that customs wouldn't allow through but also probably nothing you couldn't get for cheaper, albeit in less fancy packaging. For $39 you're getting:

    510g protein
    450g glucose
    120g creatine + glutamine
    108g of BCAAs.

    Which is not good value.

Buy a whey protein, and creatine monohydrate from an online supplier.
Ignore the BCAAs, the aminos that the protein is broken down to is enough to cover this.

Get your carbs from food. If you really want them post workout, buy some glucose in the supermarket or on the online supplier.

If you go to MyProtein, you'd probab get 4 times the amount for that price.
