just brought 5kg of whey protein from myprotein.com
it says 25g contain 19.6g of protein but does not provide a scoop.
anyone know how mant tablespoons/teaspoons make up 25g. don't have a weighing scale.

The scoop for that size serving is 70ml.
So find a measuring spoon, or something small around the hosue that is close to this. Measure it with water to check.

I use an OptimumNutrition scoop, it happens to be 70ml too.
