    How long should it take to see a change taking place in stomach size.Been in the gym now for the last 3 weeks ,starting around 6.30 am finishing about 7.45 then to work.Doing 1/2 hour of good cardio then 15 mins on the floor mat working on stomach the rest of time free weights.Can see a difference on my chest starting to tone a little but not on stomach,any ideas lads ???? or am i too early to c little change yet...
