    So there first question to be asked is :

    What demand should be covered by this system?

    It makes no sense to install for example a 10kW boiler when only 5 kW have to covered. Such an installation would be inefficient.

    Grant do an excellent combi oil boiler, based on the Vortex range.

    I have never installed or serviced a saturn, but would be asking about availability of spares if I was having one installed.

    Potable, meaning fit for human consumption, I would have assumed water on the DHW side here would also have to meet this criteria
