    Ok guys, in the last month or so I've been taking creatine and protein in a shake after I go to the gym and I've certainly been feeling the difference the next day with no real soreness, and have seen a bit visually as well. But I have been looking through some muscle building guides and the likes and have noticed a lot seem to include taking glutamine and BCAA's.

    So my question is, are these worth getting for building bigger muscles? Or would they only make any real difference if I was proper bodybuilding?
