    Hi

I know it's not a very usual "sport" but I used to do trapeze as a teen and want to go back to it. I find it difficult to locate info online. Does anyone know if there are any trapeze or aerial dance in Dublin and surroundings?

    Thanks

Arlene Caffrey in Liffey trust dance studios can help you with that one! She's based up near the point and she does pole dancing classes (Irish pole champ!) but she knows all the 'paper dolls' girls who teach trapeze and Lyra (aerial hoop) best to find her on Facebook

Paperdolls have recently started doing aerial classes in D-Light Studios, North Strand.

Seems it's getting popular! I had to sort out my lower back before starting so couldn't join a class earlier. I have started doing aerial (anti-gravity) yoga in Swords to build up for the aerial classes

Aerialcirque have started their courses already but there is another one starting soon (no date yet), will keep my eyes on it.
I also contacted Paperdolls re. the classes in the D-light studio

    Thanks again for this
