    ok i passed exams but failed one with a marking of 36% kinda pissed really..

    but anyway

    how can i go about getting a compensation so that i would get my 4% to get me a pass?

    As far as I know its done automatically as long as you pass semester 2.
    Maybe ask a lecturer to be sure!

    Im open to correction but as long as you dont fail any in semester 2 the pass by compensation will cover you, as far as i know you can only pass 1 exam by compensation each year. But as i said im open to correction on this , talk to your class co-ordinator and do yourself a favour and put in more effort next semester you will not enjoy your summer with repeat exams hanging over your head.
