Gym workout

    I have been a member of a gym for the past while and continue to do same workouts all the time. I don't want to lose weight but want to tone up and get fit. I also do bootcamp and would love to enjoy gym as much as bootcamp!!! Any suggestions?!

    Hi there,
    I'm just wondering if anyone would have good advice on gym workouts for thighs and ass. I'm going on hols in a few weeks and would really like to get in shape. I'd greatly appreciate some tips and tricks.
