Retriving Photos on Memory Card

    Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations of software to download to help me retrive photos that seem to have disappeared off the memory card on my DSLR.

    I was away on holidays the last couple of weeks and it appears that 2 or 3 days of shots have disappeared. I didn't delete them myself and my missus is not admitting to deleting them!

    I understand that they may still be somewhat embedded in the memory card and not lost forever.

    Help required as I took some family shots and will not be a happy chap if they have vanished!
