Moving Cattle off farm?

Hi all, we have one short legged Dexter and her calf, we want to get her in calf again but cant seem to find a long legged Dexter bull to AI her with, so it looks like we are going to have to take her to a bull, can anyone advise me as to the procedures are when you move an animal off farm, with the pigs we have to notify…
