I've started Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack and have been really surprised at how good it is, I've never done a workout DVD before and in the back of my mind I thought it would be pretty easy.

There's two levels which you do for three weeks a piece and I just finished week one of level two and have definitely noticed results!

Any of the Jillian Michael's ones are great - 30 Day Shred, 6 Week 6 Pack, No more trouble zones etc.

I love Turbo Fire which is mainly cardio (kickboxing) with some strength. I have seen a huge change in my body since I started and fitness levels have gone through the roof. Chalene Johnson is the instructor and she also has a few other ones out - Chalean Extreme (mainly strength) is one I'm going to start soon. She is so motivating and I really look forward to the workouts.

Some of the other Beachbody ones are supposed to be great too - Insanity and P90x for example although they are supposed to be very hard-core and if you're a beginner probably not the ones to start with.

Have a google or look on Amazon at reviews - I found them very helpful. I did a couple of Davina's dvds after my last baby and personally found her quite annoying but that might be just me :D

    Best of luck!
