    I am using the USN Iso Whey protein at the minute. It has 30g protein per 32g serving. I sometimes mix 1.5 - 2 servings of this with 150g greek youghart (130cals/10g fat/2.5g carbs/5g protein per 100g serving).

    I was wondering how this rates in terms of post workout snack?

    I would usually have this within 20minutes of finishing my weights session and sometimes mix in 25g oats with it along with some cinnamon.

    I would then have a proper meal around an hour later of chicken/salmon/turkey with steamed vegetables.

    My goal in terms of gym would be to lower body fat whilst maintaining lean muscle.

    I was wondering how this meal would rate?
