If this is to become our own heroes and villains thread, then let me add BUACHAILL to the hero list. Had a very smooth deal with him today. Very nice guy and highly recommended.

I got my SMP 2264 (pics up soon) from Deep Thought. He's a really sound guy and went out of his way to meet me. He also helped me out with tiny issue I had over PMs. Thanks for the feedback you left for me above G.

I have also dealt with Carpenter and got a nice vintage Omega.

I have yet to reach the required discretionary capital levels required to trade with bogmanfan or Cyrus, but I'll get there. :D

Love the watch and it's my new daily beater already.
    Thanks again DT.

Well for Shipping the best is mailboxes etc, as they do independent insurance

Its a bit dear but for example I was quoted €96 to ship the omega to Australia insured up to €2500. They then use the likes of Fedex UPS etc to ship it

Couple of good shops in Powerscourt Shopping Center and Dawson Jewelers...

I only used it to tell the time and even that was complicated..

I think Sparrowcar also has one - so maybe a "Programme My Suunto Core" GTG is required

W'd love to, sadly the touch interface gets in the way(from what I gather) and 3 stickies are the sweet spot and we're one ahead already. FWIW we'll keep bumping it, so it'll be a stickie by default. :)

Bought Citizen Eco-Drive World Chronograph AT8010-58E on eBay from a US seller/company by the name of 'priceyourwatchcominc', watch was considerably below the RRP of the watch.

I had my eye on the watch for about 5 months and it only went on sale the end of September, it was $575 or €495 RRP but this guy had it listed at $299.99 and $29.99 postage, I couldn't understand how he could sell so far below the RRP so I sent him a few emails and he explained that he buys watches from certain suppliers in bulk and gets a hefty discount which he passes on to buyers.

Not sure if I can share information regarding customs so I'll leave that out for now, will just say that I am very happy with the watch, despite not being allowed wear it until my birthday on the 20th :( and she is 100% genuine, which is the best part!
