    Hey all,

    Just looking for a little feedback on potentially changing my training spilt...

    Currently I do a Monday/Wednesday/Friday,

    But I'm looking into moving into Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday...

    The reason I'm considering changing is because I like to get out on the bike, Thursday to Sunday, and with my current spilt I find my legs are only ready from Friday to cycle...

    So is weight training 3 consecutive days a bad thing, I do different muscle groups each day.
