Pilates Classes

    Hi I wonder if anyone could recommend a pilates class in the region of Killester/Raheny/Sutton/Howth? I have recently had neurosurgery on my back and the recommendation is to do pilates in order to gain some core strength. Would appreciate any help on this one.:)

    Hi.I went to classes by this woman on the howth road- www.corepilates.ie -she is a machine, but brilliant and really knows her stuff! ;-)
