    Hi all,

I bake my own brown bread and would like to know what I could add to it to make it healthier?

Linseed, flaxseed (they're both one and the same) grind down first. Chopped up dried apricots are great to vary the taste a little.

So I suppose any nuts, seeds or fruit would be good, for health reasons and just to tweak a few changes!
