    http://www.thehut.com/10570634.html

    £12.99 - €15.93 (thehuts conversion)
good price for a Boxfresh jacket

use code FRESH20 for an extra 20% off Boxfresh clothing :)

£11.38 is the delivered price. As far as i remember Thehut let you pay in sterling so your CC does the conversion so final price is €13.67

Colour Navy should say "Colour Navy is present on sleeves"!

maybe it is erroring because of the post code

    what did you use

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 402 ✭✭Tidyweb

    It wasnt the postcode

The Hut did something weird with my credit card and BOI put a fraud watch on it and I couldnt make any transactions.

Same thing happened to me with BOI. Got some call from BOI cards seeing if I placed the order.

Also I have had one order from the hut cancelled last week. Ordered a different item two days ago and now email to say delayed as before. So I think it may be cancelled also.

The last two times I have ordered clothing from both thehut and play.com using a discount code the orders have not shipped and were cancelled about 21 days later. Getting fed up with both of them at this stage. :(

A lot of money for plastic clothing. Do they ever make stuff in men's sizes?

Good deal at the price but you'd have to question the sanity of whoever paid the £70 asking price for that.

Never again will I order from the hut after a rake of people on boards bought a black fleece and received orange rain jackets.

Ordered a M but L would have been ideal. Hopefully it fits

Mine was dispatched, will see how I get on

TBH, all these 'horror' stories, I've never had an issue with the hut

Ive only used them once or twice before and no issues but getting two orders cancelled in the last week and getting a call from my bank saying issues with the hut and fraudulent transactions. Not the best for them. Certainly wouldnt be confident of ordering of them in future.

I had no problem with them until this happened either:

They made a mistake and then refunded everybody? Looks like they should have just refunded everybody and not taken the back the items (they were worth so little) but still it hardly seems like something you should be blanking them over.

Well it seemed to us (I was one of the unfortunates) that they basically sent out a whole bunch of stock they couldn't sell in the hope that many people wouldn't be arsed returning it.

They are difficult to contact and it took me 3 emails to get a response.

It only takes one bad experience to ruin customer service, and they were doing it in bulk that week so I've no interest in doing business with them again. Especially where it's boxfresh products again.

Looks like my order did not go through and I have ordered successfully from them before. I seem to have no confirmation email either - should have checked last week. :(

The point was they knew what they were at. It wasn't a mistake, they just tried to shift a whole bunch of purple rainjackets knowing a proportion of people wouldn't bother their holes sending them back for a refund.

That's speculation.. You don't know that for a fact

There are several factors to could have caused them to ship the wrong one's

as far as i can remember when i found it, it was for BOXFRESHc clothing only but worth trying to see if it works on other brands ( cant hurt to try )

Got mine today. Unfortunately I'm 185cm and 40/42" chest so maybe should have actually gone with XL given that L wasn't in stock! Oh well, it just about fits!

I haven't received mine yet, even though dispatched email received on 25th Jan.

That was funny, someone should have posted a pic of the purple yokes.

Got mine on friday, very pleased with it. Much higher quality than expected.

Glad I ordered XL as L would have been far too small as with the poster above.

They still have them in stock and on sale

enter BF20 for extra 20% off all boxfresh stuff on there, offer ends @ midnight according to the mail I got earlier.

Got mine end of last week. Ordered a medium. Just about fits with a tshirt on but not a hope if I have a jumper on as well.

Got the XL, it barely fits.

    Lucky I didn't go for the L.
