Have you done any research on what foods you should eat? Sounds like an awful diet. It's not easy you know, if you want to see results you may have to change your eating patterns, you might even have to be hungry sometimes :o

Are you willing to change your diet? Why not have some porridge for breakfast, and some meat/fish and veg maybe for lunch? Or meat and salad? Or some brown rice and chicken and veg? That type of thing. You get used to smaller healthier meals after a while and you don't look back.
I work 0830 - 1730 every day and still have time to prepare meals and all that stuff and go to the gym most days after work, along with commuting in busy London.

I don't mean to be harsh, but this is a cop out tbh. Lots of folks work 9-5, some even longer or shifts and still manage to eat healthy homemade meals. All it takes is a litttle organisation.

Personally I am up each morning Mon-Fri at 04:20 and in work at 06:45. I get home at around 18:00 and I still manage to cook healthy meals from scratch each evening after training and bring a healthy, homemade lunch with me to work each day.

If you really want it bad enough, then you will sort it out. But if you are going to list why you can't do it and make excuses, then you have failed in your head before you have even started.

You don't need a high intake of food.
Maintenance less 500-1000 calories is still plenty to get your through the day. Your body will burn fat for energy.

That's a terrible excuse. how does working 9-5 have any implication on your diet. The bowl of pasta at 9-10 isn't needed at all. You snacks are prob not needed. Abnd I'd guess your portions are too big.

    I work 9-5.30
My breakfast is eggs, oats or fruit&protein shake.
My lunch is a lean wrap, tuna and veg or a smaller portion of last ngiht dinner.
Dinner is lean meat and veg. Keep starchy veg to a minium.

If I snack, its something sensible.

I see no reason why you are unable to do this.

Sorry OP but it seems like you want the results without the commitment. Yes you work 9-5 but I see people at the gym at 7 in the morning then heading off to work. What stops you going at 6 in the evening? I don't mean to sound harsh but claiming that you can't stick to a healthy diet then asking for weight loss advice is simply nonsensical. If you exercise and diet you will lose the weight and it's as simple as that. There's no magic cure you haven't heard of.

Three months ago I reduced my carb intake started a healthy diet and hit the treadmill for 30 minutes (just thirty minutes) 5 days a week and I lost 2.5 stone in two months. I've slobbed out a little for the past month but I'm holding at 14st because I'm still going to the gym.
