    Guys,

Can anyone shed some light on what the RDAs are for Fats, Carbs, Protein? I attempted a google but you just get bombarded with so many links with all different figures.

    Regards

Quoted RDAs are often the minimum required, not optimal. So you will probably see lots of sites like weightlifting ones recommending a lot more protein than one which could just stave off muscle atrophy for inactive people. The RDA for vitamin C could be 60mg, enough to keep scurvy away, yet a typical vitamin C tablet is 1000mg.

The RDA for carbs will no doubt end in a big fight here!

Are you doing athletic training or anything? the amounts will change with weight etc.
