Lower back pain, shin swelling and now foot numbness

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, so apologies if it's not.

Lately, within the last week or so, when I've been walking home from work, the muscles to the right of my shins have been tightening up and acheing, almost like that lactic acid feeling you get when you exercise your muscles too hard.

I then start to feel a gradual uncomfortable, slightly painful feeling in my lower back, and only last night, I got home and noticed that my right inner ankle is was slightly swollen. The top of my right foot was also slightly numb.

My walk home is about 30 mins, and from about the 15 minute mark, this starts to hurt. I've researched online and it's a possibility that this issue is coming from my lower back?

Naturally, I'm a bit worried as this is happening when I'm merely walking, and not through strenuous exercise. My friend asked me if my bed was soft, and it is, almost too soft. Last night I slept on the floor.

    Has anyone experienced this before?

I know you ask if anyone has experienced this before, but really, youre looking for medical advice on this, when your first port of call should be to see your doctor or a physio to get a proper analysis and diagnosis of what (if anything) is wrong. If you have a particular condition THEN you can ask if anyone else had the same and how they dealt with it.
