How deep do you think the Irish sea is?

At it deepest it's only 300m. I always thought it would be at least a few miles deep. I find it's shallowness hard to accept.

Just looked it up on Wikipedia, didn't even know that there was such a thing as the Celtic sea to the south of it. Always thought the south coast was the atlantic. :pac:
