What keeps you motivated?

Has anyone got any ideas to keep up the motivation while training?

I run about 6 miles a day and usually listen to a playlist on my ipod with some of my favourite songs on it. I try to change the playlist every couple of weeks but I'm getting very board with this lately.

Can anyone recommend any good songs or podcasts or anything else that will keep up the motivation?

    Audio book? Radio? :)

Seriously, I couldnt just use music of any kind as my only motivation. Usually I have some kind of time or distance target to do, as part of a season plan. The races I enter are my driving force.
